Our family of tourists wanted to do a classic Harley tour Sydney Australia. That was no problem for us so we organised four of our Harley riders to pick them up from their hotel. They rode over the Sydney Harbour Bridge to Kirribilli which is on the lower north shore. There are wonderful views across the harbour to the city and the Sydney Opera House.

They rode back over the bridge, past the Opera House to Mrs Macquarie’s Chair, in the Royal Botanical Gardens. Next they drove through Woolloomooloo and the infamous Kings Cross before riding through the eastern suburbs of Rose Bay and Double Bay. They continued on to Watsons Bay, famous for it’s fish and chips and The Gap. Their next and final destination was Bondi Beach. Here they were going to have some surfing lessons.

It was a lovely Sydney day without much traffic – one of many things we love about the holidays. If you are visiting one of the most beautiful cities in the world, be sure to do a Harley tour Sydney Australia.

Our passengers are from Hawaii, on their first trip to Australia. They came in on a cruise ship and wanted to see as many of the famous sights as they could with limited time. Steve picked them up from Circular Quay and took them on The Gap trike tour which included a lot of the eastern suburbs area.

They rode out to Bondi Beach, then on to The Gap and Watsons Bay before returning through Rose Bay, Double Bay, and the infamous Kings Cross. They rode around the Royal Botanical Gardens and past Mrs Macquarie’s Chair. Then to drop off so they could continue exploring on foot.

They are looking forward to returning with family in twelve months or so and will organise another trike ride then. The Gap trike tour is a great tour to do as it does include so many of the famous sights with great views.

When our passengers rang to organise a ride we had a good discussion of where they wanted to go. Somewhere out of the the city, somewhere nice and somewhere they wouldn’t see on their own. So we worked out a trike tour Northern beaches and more. They loved it.

Craig picked up Camilo & Sam from their hotel. They rode across the Sydney the Harbour Bridge to Jeffrey Street Wharf at Kirribilli. It has beautiful views across the harbour to the Sydney Opera House. Next they drove through Cremorne, Mosman on the lower north shore of Sydney. Down past Taronga Zoo to Bradleys Head, sometimes you can see the koalas up in the trees at the zoo. The next sight were Georges Head, Balmoral, Clontarf, Dobroyd Headland.

Dobroyd Headland has wonderful views across to Sydney Heads – both North and South Heads. They continued down to Manly then up the Northern beaches, such as Curl Curl and Dee Why until they turned off and rode past Pittwater via Mccarrs Creek near Newport. They rode further to Terry Hills before turning back to head south. They travelled down Powder Works Road so as to follow Wakehurst Parkway past Narrabeen Lake and back to the City.

A great time was had by our passengers and they saw plenty of beautiful scenery on their trike tour Northern beaches. Ring or email us for ideas.

The Sydney Heads (also simply known as the Heads) are a series of headlands that form the 2 km (1.2 mi) wide entrance to Sydney Harbour.

North Head and Quarantine Head are to the north; South Head and Dunbar Head are to the south; and Middle Head, Georges Head, and Chowder Head are to the west and within the harbour. The Heads are contained within the Sydney Harbour National Park.

A trike Eastern suburbs tour was the perfect experience for our passengers. Craig picked them up from their hotel and rode up Oxford Street which is where the Mardi Gras Parade marches up. Next main point of interest was the lovely Centennial Park and then Bronte Beach. Bronte Beach sits on Nelson Bay, surrounded by Bronte Park.

Then they rode past Tamarama Beach, Bondi Beach and Rose Bay. They cruised past the ‘Cruising Yacht Club’ at Rushcutters Bay before returning to their Hotel.

They saw so many of the famous sights in Sydney and loved every minute of the experience. Gave us a 10 out of 10! A trike Eastern suburbs tour will show you the best of the eastern beaches.

Chantel wrote to us: “Sure, I’d be happy to write some reviews for you!
The ride was brilliant and Craig was very friendly as well. Craig even rang when we went too far up the street, he even waited there for us to walk back down.
Yes you can put a photo on social media.
Thanks Chantel
P.S.  trike ride 10/10

The passengers are in Sydney for a holiday and were given Gift Vouchers for Christmas. They chose to do an Eastern suburbs trike tour. Craig met them at outside The Bucket List, Bondi Beach. They rode to North Bondi and then down to Coogee via Tamarama Beach, Bronte Beach, and Clovelly Beach. They then returned to Bondi Beach to be dropped off.

The Eastern suburbs trike tour was a great Christmas present and a good way for visitors to Sydney to see lots in a short time.

Bronte Beach is a small but popular recreational beach in the eastern suburbs of Sydney. It is 2 kilometres south of Bondi Beach and north of the much larger Coogee Beach.

Tamarama is 6 kilometres east of the Sydney CBD and 1 kilometre south of Bondu Beach. It is affectionately nicknamed Glamarama (or Glamourama) by the locals, as it is a beach where wannabe trend setters come to sunbathe and swim or simply try to be seen. The suburb is mostly residential and the beach and adjacent parklands have been popular places for recreation such as swimming, surfing, sunbaking and picnics for more than a century.

Coogee is 8 kilometres south-east of the CBD, and is also a part of the Eastern Suburbs region. The Tasman Sea and Coogee Bay along with Coogee Beach lie towards the eastern side of the suburb. The beach is popular among families and famous for its safe swimming conditions.

Our passengers are on a cruise ship which docked in Sydney for 3 days. Some of them hadn’t been to Sydney before so they wanted to see the sights, especially the Eastern Suburbs such as Bondi Beach and Watsons Bay. The funnest way to explore Sydney is on a trike and sidecar tour.

Craig and Steve our trike riders and Len our sidecar rider picked them up from the White Bay Cruise Terminal. This is where their ship is docked. They drove over the fabulous ANZAC Bridge and then rode up Oxford Street, this is where the Mardi Gras Parade goes up. Next to Centennial Park and onto Bronte, where a blanketing sea fog rolled in just in time to obscure any veiw of the ocean. They continued north along the coastline to lovely Tamarama, and the famous Bondi Beach. Then to The Gap with it’s beautiful view to the ocean and Watson’s Bay. After a look around there they continued through Rose Bay and Double Bay before returning to their cruise ship at White Bay Cruise terminal.

They had such a fun time and saw a lot in 2 hours on the trike and sidecar tour. Even the fog added to the experience.

A trike tour of 3 bridges was definitely an experience our passengers wanted to do. They met Steve at Circular Quay and he rode them around on the tour. The first bridge was the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge. In our 12 years of doing tours, we never tire of seeing the arch from below. It is a great view from the trikes and Harleys as there is no roof to stop the view. First stop was Blues Point with the gorgeous view across Sydney Harbour towards the Sydney Opera House and the Harbour Bridge.

They continued on into the lower north shore suburbs which led them to the inner western suburbs. There they rode over the second major bridge, the Gladesville Bridge. It has wonderful views along the Parramatta River to the Harbour Bridge. It is good seeing the city and the Harbour Bridge from a different perspective.

The Gladesville Bridge leads onto the main arterial road, Victoria Road. They travelled on it for a short time before turning off into the suburbs of Drummoyne and Leichhardt where they followed the Bay Run. It is a 7 km walkway used by walkers, joggers, dog walkers and bicycles. It follows around Iron Cove which is part of the Parramatta River.

Then onto the third bridge the fabulous ANZAC Bridge. The bridge was given its current name on Remembrance Day in 1998 to honour the memory of the soldiers of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps (known as Anzacs) who served in WW1. An Australian Flag flies atop the eastern pylon and a New Zealand Flag flies atop the western pylon.

Each of the bridges has an interesting history and each is constructed very differently so the trike tour of 3 bridges is a good ride to do. Also, each bridge has beautiful views from it.

Lucy bought the tour over Harbour Bridge as a surprise present for her husband. He did get a huge surprise when he saw the trike out the front of their house. Craig picked them up from their house and rode across the Sydney Harbour Bridge to Blues Point. They stopped for photos and got off the trike to check out the wonderful view across the harbour.

They then continued on to Jeffrey Street Wharf which also has wonderful views across the Harbour to the Opera House. Next they rode up to Cremorne before riding back over the bridge and down Macquarie street and past Hyde park before returning to Pyrmont. So if you want to surprise someone special do a tour over Harbour Bridge or in fact, anywhere in Sydney or the greater Sydney area.

Lucy wrote to us later:
“Hi Katrina,
That was awesome! We enjoyed every minute of that! My husband was very surprised when he saw a trike outside our house :)) He loved it! Thanks a lot for such an experience!
Thanks a lot,
Lucy”

This Sydney bridge trike tour was a present to our passengers. Craig picked them up at Circular Quay and rode them over the Sydney Harbour Bridge. They stopped at Blues Point for photos and to see the beautiful views across the water to Sydney city and the Opera House.

Next stop, just a few kilometers away is Jeffrey Street Wharf in Kirribilli. It is still on the north side and it also has beautiful views across the harbour to Sydney city and the Opera House. Not to forget the Harbour Bridge and the different perspective both places give it.

They travelled around the north side to a few other areas before riding back across the Sydney Harbour Bridge to their drop off point. You can see by their smiles that this Sydney bridge trike tour present was a great idea.

Our passengers arrived in Sydney on a cruise ship and didn’t want to waste the two days they were here for. They prearranged with us to do the Southern Spectacular trike tour. Brian picked them up from their hotel room and rode them through the Royal National Park. It is the oldest National Park in Australia, the second oldest in the world.

They continued on to Stanwell Tops where there are beautiful views along the coastline and the South Pacific Ocean. A lot of hang gliders use this as their base to jump off, which is interesting to watch. Next they followed the coastline down and across the amazing Sea Cliff Bridge. It is a balanced cantilever bridge and cost $52 million to build.

They then headed back to Sydney via the freeway. This way they received a taste of both the coastal meandering and the faster paced road. The 4 hour Southern Spectacular trike tour is a great way to see the southern area of Sydney.

They wrote: “Hi Katrina,
We are headed home today so I will write a review in a day or so.  We had a great time and Brian was an excellent guide. I would recommend the trip to anyone I know heading here for a visit.
Thank you and happy New Years.”
